This policy explains what information Visalia Well Drilling collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Visalia Well Drilling is operated by Northpine Local. We are an independent referral service and do not drill wells or perform pump or plumbing work.
What we collect
When you submit the quote request form, we collect the information you enter:
- Your name, phone number, and email address (email is optional)
- The ZIP code of your property
- The type of service you select and any details you write in the message box, such as your nearest town, well depth, symptoms, household size, or how urgent the problem is
- The page you submitted the form from, and your consent choice
Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps basic server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps. We use them to keep the site working and secure.
How we use your information
- To pass your request to providers relevant to your project and location, so they can contact you with quotes.
- To respond to you if you contact us, and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
Who we share it with
When you check the consent box on the form, you agree that we may share your request with independent local providers who may contact you about it. In practice, that can include:
- Local well drilling and pump contractors that serve your area.
- Lead partners, marketplaces, or networks that receive requests and route them to a local company. These intermediaries may keep a copy of your request, pass it on to one or more providers, and have their own privacy practices.
These recipients are independent businesses and may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. They are responsible for how they handle your information once they have it, so you can ask them directly about their practices and ask them to stop contacting you.
Providers and networks may pay us for the introduction. Some privacy laws, including California’s, treat that kind of exchange as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, so we say it plainly: we receive payment for introductions to people who asked for quotes. We do not sell your information to data brokers or use it for unrelated advertising. We may also share information when required by law, or with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting and email), under appropriate confidentiality terms.
How we protect it
We store form submissions securely and limit access to people who need it to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep request information only as long as we need it to operate the service, handle follow-up questions, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email privacy@visaliawelldrilling.com from the address you used, or include the phone number you used on the form, so we can find your request. We will respond within a reasonable time. If a provider or network has already received your request, we can ask them to delete it too, but we cannot control what they have done with it.
If a provider contacts you and you do not want further contact, tell them directly and ask them to stop. You can reply STOP to text messages, and ask phone callers to put you on their do-not-call list.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.
Children
This site is intended for adults who own or manage a property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the updated version on this page.
